There are myriad options out there for new flavors and new varietals, but before we source any new product line addition, we hand-select each and every one to make sure they meet our stringent flavor and quality requirements – no matter where it takes us.
Like our new silky smooth White Balsamic Vinegar, sourced from the very best producer we could find in Modena, Italy. But we’ll admit that travelling to find our new single varietals wasn’t nearly as exotic. These freshest quality new extra virgin olive oils, like Kalamata and Picual, are all grown and produced right in the central valley of California.
