Our ranch is located in Coloma, California on the Georgetown Divide at about 1,800 feet. Our olives trees were imported from France and Italy and are the only source for our Organic Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our first olive trees were planted in 2001 and we currently have over 3,000 olive trees comprised of about 51 different varieties (85% French). We have an on-site Alfa Laval Olive Mill that is used to produce our French and Italian varietal olive oils. |

| We grow olive trees | ||
We have approximately 3,000 olive trees with about 45 varieties being French and approximately 6 varieties being Italian or Spanish. All of our trees were imported from Italy or France under the USDA APHIS quarantine program. We have the largest number of French olive varieties in production in the United States. About 85% of our trees are French varieties an the remainder are Italian or Spanish.

We are certified as Organic by CCOF. We differ from many other agricultural endeavors in that we have planted our olive trees within an existing Oak Woodland. While a more difficult & costly approach we think it is better to protect our vanishing Oak Woodlands. |

| We have a private mill | ||
We own and operate an Alfa Laval Olive Mill. This provides us with the opportunity to harvest and quickly process our olives. The resulting olive oil is stored in stainless steel tanks in a temperature controlled room within our Mill Building, for subsequent distribution. |

We are open by appointment only and provides tours of the olive mill and some of the surrounding groves. Visitors are welcomed to enjoy a picnic on the Mill porch. |
