Alta Cresta grows four Italian olive varietals: Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Three different 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced from these olives. A single varietal Coratina oil from the Coratina olives that are native to southern Italy. A Tuscan Blend is made from our Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino olives native to Tuscany. The Estate Italian Blend is created from all four of our Italian varietals. We specialize in growing and producing the finest Award Winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil from California. A one bedroom, one bath vacation cottage is available in our exclusive and private Olive Cottage. The cottage is nestled between the olive orchard and the cottage vineyard. Accommodations in the cottage are luxurious and spacious with a private veranda that is perfect for enjoying the incredible views of vineyards and watching breathtaking sunsets after a day of wine tasting in Paso Robles Wine Country. We specialize in providing each guest with a relaxing and tranquil stay. |

Alta Cresta selected these Italian varietals because the climate and soil conditions of the Paso Robles area are very similar of the Italian region of Tuscany. |
