Olivina was established in the Livermore Valley in 1881, now producing 6 cultivars of estate grown & milled certified extra virgin olive oils.
Olivina was originally established in 1881, with over 2000 acres in the Livermore Valley producing world award winning wines, along with olive oil, walnuts, almonds and brandy. Our family has owned and oeprated the Olivina since late 1930's, where we now grow six cultivar of olives, including our Century Mission trees planted in 1881. All olives are hand harvested, milled on-site and certified through the California Olive Oil Council.

We produce mono-cultivar oils of each of the trees that we grow, Frantoio, Lucca, Arbequina, Century Mission, Picholine and Mission. All are milled with our Alfa Laval mill and certified through the California Olive Oil Council.

The Crohare family has owned and oeprated the Olivina since the late 1930's and today the 3rd & 4th generation operate the olive orchard of approximately 11,000 trees. All of our olives are milled within hours on-site to ensure the freshest quality of olive oils. Charles F. Crohare is responsbile for the orchard operations and Charles T. Crohare with the sales & marketing resposibilities, including being on teh board of directors of the California Olive Oil Council.
