Olea Farm is owned and operated by Yves and Clotilde, it is the perfect embodiment of these European ideals and traditions which are a quintessential part of the olive oil culture. Until recently, Europe has always been the sole purveyor of the golden elixir olive oil. But, thanks in part to its similarity in climate and geography , the Central Coast is now becoming a leader in olive oil production. In 2002, we planted olive trees and began our Farm & Tasting Room . Arriving at our Farm, located just outside the historic town of Templeton, is like taking a day trip through the European countryside. More than a thousand silvery green olive trees line the winding driveway leading you to the Tasting Room. Once in the Tasting Room you will experience an olive oil tasting of multiple award winning olive oils and immediately understand our love for olives .We showcase, Arbequina as well as expertly blended oils, like our Crescendo, or are European Style, along with the delicately flavored lemon and basil oils just to name a few. You may also taste some gourmet local products . It is a comfortable place where we lead you through the flavors and textures of the oils that are uniquely Californian and yet so distinctly representative of Olea Farm .
