Mill On Wheels largest mobile olive mill in the world, utilizes Alfa Laval equipment, including their unique adjustable-ratio decanter, which maximizes oil yield, and the final-stage self- cleaning vertical centrifuge which polishes olive oil to crystal clear. On-site milling insures the highest quality EVOO due to virtually immediate processing. Transportation costs, processing delays, and scheduling conflicts are eliminated due to the mill being on-site. The mobile mill is ready to process olives at farms throughout California, Arizona, and other olive oil producing states. "Mill On Wheels" also designs and sells mobile olive mills.
