We are a very small producer and purveyor of COOC Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Our trees are located in northern Solano County, mid-way between the communities of Vacaville and Winters, in an area known as "The English Hills". We mill our olives at a local mill. In addition to olive oil, we produce and sell bakery products made from our oil, as well as jams and nuts from fruit grown on the property or purchased from local farmers. |

On our ranch, we grow Koroneiki, Arbosano, Arbequina, Hojiblanca, and Picual olives. 400+ trees on 2 1/2 acres. Olives are hand-harvested. Plus we manage trees for three other growers in our neighborhood; primarily Frantoio. |

We produce two oils. Ciarlo Estate oil is made from olives on our ranch. Depending on the yearly production, the oil may be a field blend of all olives or separate blends of Koroneiki and Arbosano. The 'Hood is a field blend of olives from neighbors' trees, primarily Frantoio. |
