More than twenty years ago, we had chosen to opt for an arduous but innovative way, for our Oil: the way of organic farming. So we decided to add worth, to a product already healthy in its nature and essential for a correct nutrition.
Our perseverance has brought us, in these years, to develop the range of “Beato Food” organic certified products; therefore to conform our production philosophy to the concepts: Tradition, Health and Excellence.

Our land of olive trees are of the kind Ogliarola and Coratina. Every step, from seed to plant, is organic certified. |

| We produce olive oil | ||
Our organic extra virgin olive oil is produced, within a few hours from the crop of the olives. The production cycle begins with the hand-picking of the olives, delivery within an hour to the oil mill, immediate milling and strictly cold-extraction, and subsequent storage in stainless steel containers. Due to the fact that the olives are not subject to any alteration caused by transport, their fragrance and genuine quality are preserved intact. |
