We grow olive trees

Clear Creek Olive Co. has 8,000 trees spanning more than 15 acres. We have 6 different varietals- Arbequina, Koroneiki, Frantoio, Manzanillo, Mission, Lucca- in both super-high density and traditional format.
We produce olive oil

State-of-the-art Pieralisi olive mill. One of two multi-phase decanters (DMF) in the USA, the Leopard. LEOPARD is the only two-phase decanter producing a dehydrated husk similar to the one coming from a three-phase decanter; it also recovers the pulp from the husk, the “pâté”,ideal for various uses.
