Our company owns and cultivates over 50 hectares of olive groves in the Agios Mamas and Olynthos areas of Halkidiki, making it one of the largest (top 10%) holdings in Greece.
Since 1996, we have focused exclusively on the cultivation of our olive crops, where we have developed and apply the highest technical standards with respect to soil management, irrigation and water management, tree care and harvesting. This allows us to maximize both the quality and quantity of our production.
Our holdings currently consist of 15,000 mature trees, which produce 400-500 tons annually of Halkidiki and Kalamata olives, and are harvested in September and November, respectively.
Key Features
SOIL MAINTENANCE. We maximize the fertility of our soil through regular maintenance to minimize erosion, contamination, nutrient loss and compaction to maximise the health of our trees.
IRRIGATION AND WATER MANAGEMENT. We have established a fully integrated irrigation and water system, which includes permanent fresh water supply (through proprietary wells), 5 interlinked water reservoirs, and over 500 km of piping and sprinkler systems connecting all olive groves into a single and centrally managed network.
TREE MAINTENANCE. We care for our trees throughout the year, applying the highest standards for pruning, fertilization, and disease prevention.
HARVESTING. We harvest our olives manually, by hand, with our only tools being ladders and crates for catchment, allowing us to reduce all risk of damage or bruising.

We produce olive oil | ||
We produce extra-virgin olive oil from our Kalamata and Halkidiki olive, available for bulk purchase at wholesale prices. Our oil has extremely low acidity (< 0.15%) and high polyphenol content. Our production of Halkidiki EVOO can be supplemented through our partnerships with other local growers, who produce the same quality of EVOO. Our EVOO is available as of October each year. |
