Established in 2008, with core values based deeply in nature and sustainability, Big Paw Olive Oil Co. was started. It took an old dog on a wild rabbit chase, to get it started, so we honored him with the name, Big Paw. Our goal is to present the best of locally grown crops, and infused olive oils and prime balsamic vinegar that are simply unmatched.

Big Paw Olive Oil company products are handmade, bottled in small batches that allow us to bring to you the very best in California Sourced Olive oils from small family owned farms. These 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils are first cold pressed from olive cultivars popular in California. Many are certified,offering rich and flavorful choices form family owned farms located not far from our shop in Hollister California, about an hour south of the Bay Area.

We have established close relations with 3 small family owned farms; Corning, to the north, Dinuba, to the south and Modesto in the central valley. In some cases with out Big Paw they would not be able to sell their oil as we have been able to represent them. Big Paw is located in Hollister California, and we have young trees in the ground that will soon be producing their own fruit. |
