Lee W. Hill, Partner, has held senior executive posts with multi-national corporations and entrepreneurial environments. Hill is a former Worldwide Vice President of Marketing & Sales for the Consumer Products Division of Bausch & Lomb. He developed a strategy for Ray Ban Sunglasses which took the Brand from a single distribution channel, Optical, into a multi-channel approach including sporting goods, department store, catalogue, drug store, mass market and military sales resulting in a tripling of sales in a three period. He is a former US general manager for the German firm E. Leitz, GmbH, makers of Leica Camera. As CEO of Linkon, Inc., a Sun Microsystems partner, Hill was instrumental in developing financing for a public start-up in the high-tech internet telephone industry. Hill has also worked as a Financial Advisor for UBS and Merrill Lynch. Hill founded a non-profit targeting job creation in the food industry, Cape Cod Culinary Incubator. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois; a master’s in Chemistry from Cornell University and attended the DePaul University College of Law. |

Mr. O’Brien has established US operations for European manufacturers and is experience in working in international and multi-cultural environments.
