Casa Pau Hana Olive Farm was established in 2001 and began 100% estate production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in 2005. Oils are produced from two varietals, Lucca and Arbequina and are bottled as 100% of each varietal. Small production with a goal of sustainable farming have yielded Silver and Bronze medals at the Los Angeles County Fair, Extra Virgin Olive Oil competition.
