Our trees are split between Tuscan and Ligurian varietals. The majority of the Tuscans are Frantoio, with lesser numbers of Leccino, Pendolino, and Maurino. The Ligurian trees are all Taggiasca. |

Olio Umberto produces two monovarietal EVOOs from our groves: • Frantoio (85% Frantoio, 10% Leccino, 2.5% Pendolino, 2.5% Maurino) • Taggiasca (100% Taggiasca) We also produce a 100% Manzanillo EVOO with olives grown in the Sierra Foothills. |
