Small, family-run orchard specializing in Tuscan varietals
Longview Ranch has traditionally produced French Prunes but in 2010 we diversified into Tuscan and Spanish olive cultivars. We have just completed our first harvest and press and have bulk oil available that has been certified as Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council. We have 4 Tuscan varieties (Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino and Pendolino) and 1 Spanish varietal (Picual). We pride ourselves in creating a high quality product.

We grow olive trees

Our trees were planted in 2010 on 14x18 centers. They are drip irrigated and quite robust. We have planted 5 varieties: Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino, Pendolino and Picual. We are training them to have a single trunk with open centers.
