Makaron Farm and Makaronya region, due to its geographical location, has always been a meeting point where pasta was produced for old Greek kings from durum wheat and which harbored an international market due to its sea connection and served as a cultural joining point. In addition to highly productive areas, its climatic and flora-related advantages provide a unique flavor and taste to the olive trees of Makaron. This taste is then transferred to the olives and then to the olive oil. In order to convey this richness to you completely, we use the most natural and at the same time, the ‘state-of-the-art’ technology to harvest and then produce olive oil in line with the hygiene rules. Our olive oil, just so that it can preserve its freshness and taste of the first day, was purified through sedimentation method and was filled in stainless steel (18/8 stainless steel) bottles so that it won’t be affected by sunlight while waiting in the bottles and offered to you at most decent points of sales. |

We grow olive trees | ||
In our 500.000 m2 olive grove, there are many ancient trees in addition to young Edremit olive oil trees that we planted 15 years ago. The old trees are pruned with modern techniques while the new ones were painstakingly cared for to boost their productivity, which we achieve after years. In turn, we were awarded with an olive grove that turned into one of the finest olive groves in our region, the homeland of olive production. |

Harvest-The healthy fruits of our trees, which we carefully care for all year round, are picked MANUALLY which is the most expensive but the most ideal method.
