Since 1974 the Olive Oil Mill "Bari Anna" produces olive oil. There is no better condiment than a drizzle of olive oil. From a simple slice of bread to the most elaborate dish, olive oil has the ability to enhance every flavour, giving an unquestioned good nutritional value and important characteristics. An essential element of italian food culture, extra virgin olive oil is still one of the key products of Mediterranean agriculture. The history of the mill is the story of a family from Puglia that, through hard work, enthusiasm and initiative, over the years has been able to adapt to market demands its own production, while keeping the same quality. The mill "Bari Anna" was established in 1974 in Conversano thanks to the efforts of spouses Rocco D'Elia and Anna Bari. Since 2004, the company is dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil for its own brand with the desire to improve more and more the quality. The company "Bari Anna", unifies all the ingredients for a rich diet, tasty and above all in the name of culinary tradition. A food culture of peasant origin that combines two basic values: simplicity and goodness of the products. |
