My love for olives began as a child growing up in Greece, specifically in Chalkidiki, the birth place of Aristotle and now the green olive capital of the world. As most families in Chalkidiki region, my family has been cultivating and preparing olives for consumption for generations. I grew up eating and appreciating the fine delicate flavor of the perfect olive. During my first visit to the U.S. it became apparent to me that the olives I had been accustomed to eating were very difficult to find here. This began my quest to bring the finest olives from Greece directly to the U.S. market... thus our company was created!
