We don’t run a business….we live a lifestyle.” As a family business, the owners follow the processes involved from start to finish, supervising everything from tree care to the milling and bottling process. Mixing, bad harvest practice, improper storage and other undesirable practices that unfortunately do take place in the industry are not tolerated. Our olives are picked by hand early in the season and are cold pressed to produce fine extra virgin olive oil. All our farming is natural and avoids the use of insecticides, chemical fertilizers, etc. The oil is tested by the company owners, by the mill, and by the Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology to determine its acidic values, taste, quality, chemical makeup, etc. Only oil that passes the various tests and meets our high standards is used. In short, what one receives, is exactly what we serve at the family dinner table.
