Custom olive oil milling,storing and bottling. We have all new Pieralisi mill that can handle small and large loads.
We are a small family business located in the heart of the Central Coast of California since 2005. Our mission is to give our customers the best service and produce the best olive oil possible. Many of our customers are consistent winners at the LA, Yolo and San Diego competitions as proof to the great growing conditions here on the Central Coast. We can only accept olives that meet our high standards for milling to produce great olive oil. In 2011 we expanded into orchard development and management due to the many requests for this service. We are enjoying all the aspects of the producing great olive oil.
