Quinta is the portuguese name for farm. "Sartela" is the name of an old mill in our property. Having many years of experience in agriculture, specially trees, and beeing aware of the portuguese quality and world famous produts since centuries ago, we decided to invest and develop some of the products we already grow in our farm, such as fine quality "galega" olives and "pinus pinea" pine nuts. With those products we are able to put in the market great quality pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, and conserve olives.

We do not have our own oil press yet, but we have a business partner that works with us, who extracts the oil from our olives with modern equipment witch uses old technics and cold pressure.
