Our award-winning olive oil is carefully made from a selection of five varieties of olives (Ascolano, Corregiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo) grown on our small family estate in Paciano, near lake Trasimeno in Umbria, central Italy. We go to great lengths to obtain the highest quality oil from our olives, regardless of cost.
