We proudly display full chemistry on all of our 20+ evoo cultivars and follow the harvest in two hemispheres for freshness and variety. We have a further 15 fused and infused flavoured evo and gourmet oils. Our Consortium Traditional Balsamic Vinegars and balsamic condimento are from Modena and Reggio Emelia. And to top off the epicurean experience, we have a delicious range of olives, pestos, mustards, pasta, tapenauds and whole spices.
