The Desert Milling team is lead by Rick Benson, a 3rd generation Imperial Valley native. He combines over 10 years of farming experience with strong analytical and management capabilities. After growing up in Brawley, Rick received his MBA from ASU along with an MIM from Thunderbird, and spent the last 20 years in finance and management. His experience includes time as a farmer, produce broker, hedge fund trader, and co-founder of an agriculture technology company. |
