Our family produces extra virgin olive oil directly from olives using only mechanical methods.
Our product is produced for 2000 years at our traditional olive groves, which are cultivated in accordance with the AGRO 2-1 & AGRO 2-2 standards. The microclimate of Makri in combination with the local variety of our olive groves, result in the mechanical production of a high quality virgin olive oil, which is distinct for its unique flavour, intense aroma and rich green colour. Moreover the olive oil of Makri has got many awards for its aroma and flavor worldwide. Experts have characterised it as fruity, fresh, with a flavour combination of banana,almond, forest and tomato leaves. Mr Ioannis Apostolou, son of the owner is a pharmacist and Professional Olive Oil Expert from STAREGISTER Company and is the company representative.
