Stanley Williams Imports is partnered with small Olive Oil cooperatives throughout Spain. Each producer from various regions has its own varieties and styles. Like fine wine, olives are deeply affected by the soil and climate they're grown in, and a fine extra virgin oil will be flagrant and flavorful reflection of the area's growing conditions. Our Connoisseur Reserve Oils contain only 100% Espana harvested, estate grown olives with a low 0.5% maximum acidity or less. For the moment, we are importing five of the most sought after varieties: Arbequina, Blanqueta, Cornicabra, Hojiblanca and Picual both Extra Virgin and Certified Organic Extra Virgin. Organic Extra Virgin in Blanqueta and Picual only. Other varieties imported upon product qualification and verification.
