Our oil, has fruity flavor and sweet taste and it boasts a very low acidity. Our farm sells the extra virgin olive oil in 1, 0,75 and 0,50 lt. bottles but also in different size cans, whereas truffle, lemons and hot pepper aromatic oils are sold in 0,25 lt. bottles. 100% MADE IN ITALY
Wonderful villages of CELENZA VALFORTORE and CARLANTINO dominate the farm in the P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) area of the SUBAPPENNINO DAUNO, precisely in the FOGGIA province. The new born farm “LE CAMARDE” takes its name from one of its nicest “CONTRADAS” and it covers lands where grow different varieties of olive trees, among them the “ROTONDELLA” and the “OGLIAROLA GARGANICA”. Our oil, green coloured with yellow reflections, has fruity flavor and sweet taste and it boasts a very low acidity. Our farm sells the extra virgin olive oil in 1, 0,75 and 0,50 lt. bottles but also in different size cans, whereas truffle, lemons and hot pepper aromatic oils are sold in 0,25 lt. bottles. Olives are manually collected from late October to early December and pressed within 24 hours from their collection. We both rediscover traditional agriculture activities and use new tecnologies respecting trees and their naturalo biological cycle
