Oliveto del Vecchio
We are a small grower, with 850 trees, that has lived on this wonderful 40 acres in Potter Valley since 1978. We have been organically growing olives since 2002. Though we have been in the olive oil business since its inception, it is our wish not to increase the size of our operation. We have done this so that we may continue to control the quality that only a family owned farm can produce locally for you, the consumer. |

European Flavor Our trees are nestled in the rolling coastal foothills of Potter Valley. Similar in climate to the colder Tuscan area of Italy, our oil has that prefered flavor Europeans are use to and enjoy. Our olives include: Frantoio, Marino, Leccino, Pendolino and Arbequina. Our Estate Oil is COOC Certified Extra Virgin and is Registered Organic Our estate oils are certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council tasting panel and have been registered Organic with the California Department of Food and Agriculture since 2003. Medal Winners since 2004. Our oils have taken Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals at the prestigious Los Angeles Olive Oil Competition. We are proud of the products we grow, mill, bottle and sale. |

Curtis has been milling olives since 2002. He has been presented as part of a professional milling panel with the Californian Olive Oil Council. He holds a BS degree in Graphic Design from San Jose State University and works in the design market place. |
