It’s been an impressive month for olive oil publicity. With so many media outlets pushing for stronger adherence to standards and greater awareness of quality products, the industry has never been in a better position to benefit from our potential. Increasing individual usage of olive oil by less than 2 liters/year would double U.S. consumption. Our own publicity suggestion for the new season: simply promote new ways to use extra virgin olive oil every day.
