Full Bloom:

Indicates the stage when the majority of flowers are open. For specific shoots, full bloom is the first day on which more than 50% of the flowers are open on at least 70% of the inflorescences of the shoot (Rapoport and Rallo, 1991). For whole trees full bloom is the midpoint between the start of full bloom (the first day when open flowers are at their most abundant as a stage of the inflorescence) and the end of full bloom (Barranco et al., 1994).
